那(na)麼(me),受(shou)拉(la)的(de)鋼(gang)筋(jin)是(shi)否(fou)越(yue)靠(kao)邊(bian)越(yue)好(hao)呢(ne)?答(da)案(an)是(shi)否(fou)定(ding)的(de)。這(zhe)是(shi)因(yin)為(wei)鋼(gang)筋(jin)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)成(cheng)份(fen)是(shi)鐵(tie),鐵(tie)在(zai)常(chang)溫(wen)下(xia)很(hen)容(rong)易(yi)氧(yang)化(hua),更(geng)別(bie)說(shuo)在(zai)高(gao)溫(wen)或(huo)潮(chao)濕(shi)的(de)環(huan)境(jing)中(zhong)。鋼(gang)筋(jin)被(bei)包(bao)裹(guo)在(zai)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)構(gou)件(jian)中(zhong)形(xing)成(cheng)鈍(dun)化(hua)保(bao)護(hu)膜(mo),不(bu)與(yu)外(wai)界(jie)接(jie)觸(chu)相(xiang)對(dui)還(hai)比(bi)較(jiao)安(an)全(quan),但(dan)如(ru)果(guo)鋼(gang)筋(jin)保(bao)護(hu)層(ceng)厚(hou)度(du)過(guo)小(xiao),也(ye)就(jiu)是(shi)鋼(gang)筋(jin)過(guo)分(fen)靠(kao)近(jin)受(shou)拉(la)區(qu)一(yi)側(ce),一(yi)方(fang)麵(mian)容(rong)易(yi)造(zao)成(cheng)鋼(gang)筋(jin)露(lu)筋(jin)或(huo)鋼(gang)筋(jin)受(shou)力(li)時(shi)表(biao)麵(mian)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)剝(bo)落(luo),另(ling)一(yi)方(fang)麵(mian)隨(sui)著(zhe)時(shi)間(jian)的(de)推(tui)移(yi),表(biao)麵(mian)的(de)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)將(jiang)逐(zhu)漸(jian)碳(tan)化(hua)。用(yong)不(bu)了(le)多(duo)久(jiu),鋼(gang)筋(jin)外(wai)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)就(jiu)失(shi)去(qu)保(bao)護(hu)作(zuo)用(yong),從(cong)而(er)導(dao)致(zhi)鋼(gang)筋(jin)鏽(xiu)蝕(shi),斷(duan)麵(mian)減(jian)小(xiao),強(qiang)度(du)降(jiang)低(di),鋼(gang)筋(jin)與(yu)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)之(zhi)間(jian)失(shi)去(qu)粘(zhan)結(jie)力(li),構(gou)件(jian)整(zheng)體(ti)性(xing)受(shou)到(dao)破(po)壞(huai),嚴(yan)重(zhong)時(shi)還(hai)會(hui)導(dao)致(zhi)整(zheng)個(ge)結(jie)構(gou)體(ti)係(xi)破(po)壞(huai)。通(tong)常(chang)除(chu)基(ji)礎(chu)外(wai)梁(liang)的(de)保(bao)護(hu)層(ceng)厚(hou)度(du)一(yi)般(ban)為(wei)2.5cm.在(zai)工(gong)程(cheng)實(shi)際(ji)中(zhong),由(you)於(yu)鋼(gang)筋(jin)保(bao)護(hu)層(ceng)厚(hou)度(du)未(wei)按(an)規(gui)範(fan)要(yao)求(qiu)所(suo)導(dao)致(zhi)的(de)質(zhi)量(liang)問(wen)題(ti)不(bu)勝(sheng)枚(mei)舉(ju)。比(bi)較(jiao)突(tu)出(chu)的(de)如(ru)商(shang)品(pin)住(zhu)宅(zhai)樓(lou)工(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)設(she)中(zhong),樓(lou)板(ban)負(fu)彎(wan)矩(ju)鋼(gang)筋(jin)保(bao)護(hu)層(ceng)偏(pian)大(da)及(ji)現(xian)澆(jiao)框(kuang)架(jia)結(jie)構(gou)中(zhong)主(zhu)次(ci)梁(liang)交(jiao)界(jie)處(chu)主(zhu)梁(liang)的(de)上(shang)部(bu)負(fu)彎(wan)矩(ju)鋼(gang)筋(jin)保(bao)護(hu)層(ceng)偏(pian)大(da)的(de)問(wen)題(ti)。以(yi)住(zhu)宅(zhai)樓(lou)為(wei)例(li),如(ru)今(jin)的(de)住(zhu)宅(zhai)麵(mian)積(ji)越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)大(da),尤(you)其(qi)是(shi)客(ke)廳(ting)樓(lou)板(ban)。筆(bi)者(zhe)曾(zeng)見(jian)到(dao)過(guo)某(mou)單(dan)位(wei)建(jian)設(she)的(de)跨(kua)度(du)達(da)5.7米的樓板,厚度為15cm,設(she)計(ji)是(shi)雙(shuang)層(ceng)雙(shuang)向(xiang)鋼(gang)筋(jin)網(wang)。從(cong)結(jie)構(gou)的(de)力(li)學(xue)計(ji)算(suan)來(lai)講(jiang),支(zhi)座(zuo)處(chu)的(de)負(fu)彎(wan)矩(ju)不(bu)比(bi)跨(kua)中(zhong)板(ban)底(di)正(zheng)彎(wan)矩(ju)小(xiao)多(duo)少(shao),但(dan)由(you)於(yu)施(shi)工(gong)時(shi)施(shi)工(gong)單(dan)位(wei)對(dui)支(zhi)座(zuo)負(fu)彎(wan)矩(ju)鋼(gang)筋(jin)未(wei)引(yin)起(qi)足(zu)夠(gou)重(zhong)視(shi),結(jie)果(guo)工(gong)程(cheng)剛(gang)竣(jun)工(gong)還(hai)未(wei)使(shi)用(yong)就(jiu)發(fa)現(xian)樓(lou)板(ban)上(shang)表(biao)麵(mian)四(si)周(zhou)牆(qiang)根(gen)處(chu)出(chu)現(xian)了(le)許(xu)多(duo)裂(lie)縫(feng)。後(hou)經(jing)權(quan)威(wei)檢(jian)測(ce)部(bu)門(men)檢(jian)查(zha)測(ce)試(shi)後(hou)發(fa)現(xian),支(zhi)座(zuo)處(chu)負(fu)筋(jin)的(de)保(bao)護(hu)層(ceng)普(pu)遍(bian)超(chao)過(guo)規(gui)範(fan)2- 4cm,最大的甚至超過了7cm,使(shi)樓(lou)板(ban)上(shang)部(bu)的(de)負(fu)彎(wan)矩(ju)鋼(gang)筋(jin)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)大(da)大(da)降(jiang)低(di),有(you)些(xie)甚(shen)至(zhi)完(wan)全(quan)失(shi)去(qu)作(zuo)用(yong),最(zui)後(hou)在(zai)迫(po)不(bu)得(de)已(yi)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia)經(jing)設(she)計(ji)同(tong)意(yi)采(cai)取(qu)局(ju)部(bu)加(jia)固(gu)補(bu)強(qiang)措(cuo)施(shi),盡(jin)管(guan)這(zhe)樣(yang)還(hai)是(shi)給(gei)施(shi)工(gong)單(dan)位(wei)本(ben)身(shen)造(zao)成(cheng)很(hen)大(da)的(de)經(jing)濟(ji)損(sun)失(shi)。據(ju)有(you)關(guan)資(zi)料(liao)統(tong)計(ji),目(mu)前(qian)住(zhu)宅(zhai)樓(lou)開(kai)裂(lie)原(yuan)因(yin)70%左右是由鋼筋保護層位置不正確引起的。
那麼,鋼筋保護層又該如何控製呢?筆者認為重點應從兩方麵著手,一是抓施工前技術交底;二(er)是(shi)抓(zhua)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)要(yao)素(su)控(kong)製(zhi)。在(zai)施(shi)工(gong)前(qian),應(ying)針(zhen)對(dui)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)工(gong)程(cheng)部(bu)位(wei),根(gen)據(ju)設(she)計(ji)圖(tu)紙(zhi)及(ji)施(shi)工(gong)驗(yan)收(shou)規(gui)範(fan),確(que)定(ding)正(zheng)確(que)的(de)保(bao)護(hu)層(ceng)。保(bao)護(hu)層(ceng)的(de)厚(hou)度(du)並(bing)非(fei)千(qian)篇(pian)一(yi)律(lv),一(yi)般(ban)來(lai)說(shuo),現(xian)澆(jiao)樓(lou)板(ban)的(de)保(bao)護(hu)層(ceng)厚(hou)度(du)1.5cm,而基礎的保護層厚度通常為5cm,有時甚至達到10cm.yinci,zaiduicaozuozhedejishujiaodizhongbixumingquecihoudu,fouzehenrongyizaochengfangong。shigongguochengzhong,zhongdianyaozuodaoguifancaozuo,tebieshizaihunningtuxianjiaobanjiaodaoguochengzhong,youqixuyaozhongshi。wangwanggangjinbangzhashiweizhihenzhengque,danyidaojiaodaoshiqingkuangjiubianleyang,bushirencaijiushigongqijuyazaishangmian,youcizaochengdejieguoshizhichenggangjindemadunbeicaidao,hunningtushangcenggangjinwanqubianxing,baohucengdehouduyejiudebudaobaozheng。suoyizaishigongguochengzhong,yingzuodaoguifancaozuo,yanjincaozuorenyuanzaigangjinshangsuiyixingzou;對上層鋼筋應作有效的固定;澆搗中還應經常檢查,發現問題及時解決。
