水泥砼路麵施工注意事項
1、水泥混凝土攤鋪
目前高等級水泥混凝土路麵施工中均采用滑模式攤鋪法時行籬工攤鋪,水泥混凝土路麵攤鋪是施工中難度較大、技術要求較高的工序,我們僅從攤鋪前準備,攤鋪機的合理運用,攤鋪後養護等方麵常被忽視的幾個方麵進行分析。
1.1 攤鋪前的準備工作混凝土攤鋪前的準備工作很多,我們主要強調一下攤鋪前的灑水的卸料工序。
(1)攤鋪前灑水是一個看似簡單的工序,往往不被施工人員重視,但如果灑水處理不好會嚴重影響路麵質量。

(2)自(zi)卸(xie)車(che)的(de)卸(xie)料(liao)也(ye)是(shi)常(chang)常(chang)不(bu)被(bei)重(zhong)視(shi)的(de)工(gong)序(xu),在(zai)施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)經(jing)常(chang)發(fa)生(sheng)攤(tan)鋪(pu)機(ji)前(qian)堆(dui)料(liao)過(guo)多(duo)使(shi)攤(tan)鋪(pu)機(ji)行(xing)走(zou)困(kun)難(nan),有(you)時(shi)布(bu)料(liao)過(guo)少(shao)使(shi)振(zhen)搗(dao)箱(xiang)內(nei)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)量(liang)不(bu)足(zu),路(lu)麵(mian)厚(hou)度(du)得(de)不(bu)到(dao)保(bao)證(zheng)。攤(tan)鋪(pu)機(ji)前(qian)這(zhe)種(zhong)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)忽(hu)多(duo)忽(hu)少(shao)現(xian)象(xiang)會(hui)嚴(yan)重(zhong)影(ying)響(xiang)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)路(lu)麵(mian)的(de)平(ping)整(zheng)度(du)。在(zai)施(shi)工(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)大(da)多(duo)數(shu)施(shi)工(gong)者(zhe)死(si)板(ban)地(di)間(jian)隔(ge)一(yi)定(ding)距(ju)離(li)卸(xie)一(yi)車(che)料(liao),而(er)忽(hu)視(shi)了(le)基(ji)層(ceng)不(bu)平(ping)整(zheng)的(de)變(bian)化(hua),這(zhe)咱(zan)變(bian)化(hua)在(zai)客(ke)觀(guan)上(shang)是(shi)普(pu)遍(bian)存(cun)在(zai)的(de)。我(wo)國(guo)目(mu)前(qian)施(shi)工(gong)水(shui)平(ping)不(bu)是(shi)很(hen)高(gao),對(dui)路(lu)麵(mian)基(ji)層(ceng)標(biao)高(gao)和(he)平(ping)整(zheng)度(du)不(bu)一(yi)致(zhi),加(jia)大(da)了(le)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)路(lu)麵(mian)施(shi)工(gong)的(de)難(nan)度(du)。在(zai)實(shi)際(ji)施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong),可(ke)對(dui)基(ji)層(ceng)表(biao)麵(mian)與(yu)麵(mian)層(ceng)基(ji)準(zhun)標(biao)高(gao)線(xian)隔(ge)段(duan)實(shi)測(ce)來(lai)決(jue)定(ding)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)的(de)卸(xie)料(liao)量(liang),這(zhe)樣(yang)會(hui)避(bi)免(mian)卸(xie)料(liao)不(bu)均(jun)的(de)問(wen)題(ti)。
1.2 混凝土攤鋪機的合理使用
(1)振搗器間隔距離的確定看似簡單,但它會對混凝土的密實度產生直接影響。振搗器的間隔一般在廠家安裝高度時均加以調整、確定、正是這一點使操作人員忽視了振搗器使用中的再定位,因為要的不同混凝土的級配、和易性、tanluoduyijitanpuhoudemishiduyaoqiu,zhendaoqidejiangeyingzuoshidangtiaozheng,zheshifeichangbiyaode,youqishiliangbiandezhendaoqijucemobandejuligengyinggaichangzuochutiaozheng,yifangzhitanbian。lingwai,yeyashizhendaoqisuizheshiyongshijiandejiachang,zhendaonengliyousuoxiajiang,yaogenjushijiqingkuangzuochutiaozheng。

(3)從目前國內施工單位來看,大多數單位攤鋪能力遠遠大於攪拌的生產能力。這主要是由於一般攤鋪機最大攤鋪能力均大於5003/h,而混凝土生產能力隻有100-2003/h,有些單位生產能力更小,強調這一點主要是為了說明攤鋪機的攤鋪速度沒有必要開得很快,單方麵的速度並不能提高施工進度。
在施工中如果將攤鋪速度控製在1-2m/min左(zuo)右(you),就(jiu)會(hui)使(shi)攤(tan)鋪(pu)機(ji)運(yun)行(xing)平(ping)穩(wen),路(lu)麵(mian)平(ping)整(zheng)度(du)好(hao),連(lian)續(xu)攤(tan)鋪(pu)成(cheng)為(wei)可(ke)能(neng)。而(er)如(ru)果(guo)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)攤(tan)鋪(pu)速(su)度(du)過(guo)快(kuai)則(ze)會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)鋪(pu)鋪(pu)停(ting)停(ting),不(bu)僅(jin)使(shi)每(mei)次(ci)起(qi)動(dong)時(shi)設(she)備(bei)磨(mo)損(sun)大(da)大(da)增(zeng)加(jia),而(er)且(qie)每(mei)次(ci)停(ting)機(ji)時(shi)的(de)停(ting)機(ji)跳(tiao)點(dian)不(bu)可(ke)避(bi)免(mian),造(zao)成(cheng)路(lu)麵(mian)平(ping)整(zheng)度(du)很(hen)差(cha)。
1.3 攤(tan)鋪(pu)後(hou)的(de)養(yang)護(hu)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)路(lu)麵(mian)攤(tan)鋪(pu)後(hou)的(de)例(li)行(xing)養(yang)護(hu)工(gong)序(xu),在(zai)這(zhe)裏(li)不(bu)能(neng)探(tan)討(tao),我(wo)們(men)僅(jin)對(dui)切(qie)縫(feng)時(shi)間(jian)加(jia)以(yi)分(fen)析(xi),在(zai)一(yi)些(xie)施(shi)工(gong)規(gui)範(fan)中(zhong)列(lie)出(chu)了(le)切(qie)縫(feng)機(ji)開(kai)始(shi)切(qie)縫(feng)時(shi)間(jian)表(biao)。這(zhe)裏(li)開(kai)始(shi)切(qie)縫(feng)時(shi)間(jian)指(zhi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)抹(mo)平(ping)成(cheng)型(xing)後(hou)所(suo)經(jing)曆(li)的(de)時(shi)間(jian)。
不(bu)難(nan)看(kan)出(chu),此(ci)表(biao)僅(jin)列(lie)出(chu)溫(wen)度(du)對(dui)切(qie)縫(feng)時(shi)間(jian)影(ying)響(xiang),但(dan)實(shi)際(ji)施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)影(ying)響(xiang)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)鋪(pu)築(zhu)後(hou)強(qiang)度(du)的(de)不(bu)僅(jin)是(shi)溫(wen)度(du)這(zhe)一(yi)個(ge)條(tiao)件(jian),還(hai)有(you)濕(shi)度(du),風(feng)速(su),路(lu)麵(mian)厚(hou)度(du)以(yi)及(ji)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)添(tian)加(jia)劑(ji)的(de)含(han)量(liang)等(deng)重(zhong)要(yao)因(yin)素(su)。上(shang)述(shu)因(yin)互(hu)助(zhu)中(zhong)風(feng)速(su)對(dui)強(qiang)度(du)形(xing)成(cheng)影(ying)響(xiang)很(hen)大(da),風(feng)速(su)較(jiao)大(da)地(di)區(qu)應(ying)根(gen)據(ju)實(shi)際(ji)情(qing)況(kuang)來(lai)確(que)定(ding)切(qie)縫(feng)時(shi)間(jian),如(ru)果(guo)不(bu)考(kao)慮(lv)風(feng)速(su),通(tong)常(chang)是(shi)切(qie)縫(feng)時(shi)間(jian)過(guo)晚(wan),混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)強(qiang)度(du)較(jiao)高(gao)切(qie)割(ge)速(su)度(du)慢(man),切(qie)割(ge)機(ji)及(ji)刀(dao)片(pian)損(sun)壞(huai)度(du)高(gao)。
2、水泥混凝土攪拌水泥

2.1 影響混凝土坍落度的主要因素

(3)水泥溫度對混凝土坍落度的影響往往被施工人員忽視,這種因素往往在單機生產能力較大的攪拌站中發生,因為一般水泥倉隻有100―150tzuoyou,dafangliangjiaobanzhanyongshuiniliangyejiaoduo,youxieshihouyibianwangshuiniguanlidashuiniyibianshengchan,youshihoushuinihaimeiyoulengquexialaijiukaijiaoban,zhebujinshishengchanchudehunningtuwendujiaogao,erqietanluoduyinshuiniwendugao,xishuijiaodaerbianxiao。
(4)水(shui)秤(cheng)和(he)水(shui)泥(ni)秤(cheng)的(de)稱(cheng)量(liang)偏(pian)差(cha)對(dui)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)坍(tan)落(luo)度(du)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)是(shi)很(hen)大(da)的(de),如(ru)果(guo)水(shui)秤(cheng)和(he)水(shui)泥(ni)秤(cheng)的(de)稱(cheng)量(liang)偏(pian)差(cha)都(dou)是(shi)穩(wen)定(ding)的(de),操(cao)作(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)可(ke)根(gen)據(ju)實(shi)際(ji)重(zhong)量(liang)計(ji)算(suan)用(yong)量(liang)。如(ru)果(guo)這(zhe)個(ge)偏(pian)差(cha)是(shi)不(bu)穩(wen)定(ding)的(de),尤(you)其(qi)是(shi)用(yong)水(shui)計(ji)量(liang)采(cai)用(yong)流(liu)量(liang)計(ji)方(fang)法(fa)的(de)攪(jiao)拌(ban)站(zhan),水(shui)量(liang)計(ji)量(liang)偏(pian)差(cha)較(jiao)大(da)且(qie)不(bu)穩(wen)定(ding),因(yin)而(er)坍(tan)落(luo)度(du)不(bu)易(yi)控(kong)製(zhi)。

2.2 砂(sha)石(shi)自(zi)動(dong)含(han)水(shui)補(bu)償(chang)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)正(zheng)確(que)使(shi)用(yong)在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)自(zi)動(dong)含(han)水(shui)補(bu)償(chang)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)時(shi)有(you)一(yi)種(zhong)錯(cuo)誤(wu)認(ren)識(shi),即(ji)自(zi)動(dong)測(ce)量(liang)顯(xian)示(shi)儀(yi)顯(xian)示(shi)的(de)百(bai)分(fen)數(shu)就(jiu)是(shi)砂(sha)石(shi)中(zhong)的(de)含(han)水(shui)率(lv)。這(zhe)種(zhong)認(ren)識(shi)主(zhu)要(yao)原(yuan)因(yin)是(shi)看(kan)缺(que)乏(fa)對(dui)此(ci)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)原(yuan)量(liang)的(de)理(li)解(jie),要(yao)正(zheng)確(que)使(shi)用(yong)自(zi)動(dong)含(han)水(shui)補(bu)償(chang)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),必(bi)須(xu)在(zai)每(mei)次(ci)使(shi)用(yong)前(qian)重(zhong)測(ce)砂(sha)石(shi)的(de)實(shi)際(ji)含(han)水(shui)量(liang)並(bing)依(yi)此(ci)調(tiao)節(jie)顯(xian)示(shi)儀(yi)上(shang)的(de)顯(xian)示(shi)值(zhi)。
