鋼結構設計施工中若幹問題剖析

近年來,鋼結構的應用範圍越來越廣,技術越來越成熟,國家相應出台了不少規則、手冊、圖集來規範設計、施工行業。但畢竟結構體係千變萬化,設計、施工人員在應用過程中還是會產生諸多的問題。比如在設計階段,由於項目工期緊、任務重,施工圖設計采用程序自動生產或套用圖集,未能深刻理解設計內容的關聯性,特別對施工經驗不足的人員來說,常會造成
鋼結構安裝過程中產生問題。此外,設計人員水平參差不齊,在材料選用、節點做法等各方麵沒有深刻領會,也常會造成材料采購、鋼結構加工、運輸、安裝等方麵的困難,以下筆者對
鋼結構設計施工中常見的問題進行研究分析供參考。
鋼柱柱腳錨檢連接
為調整鋼柱底標高,通常在柱底板下與基礎頂麵預留約50毫米的調整空間,然後用微膨脹細石砼搗實,《門式剛架技術規程》CECS102中也有相應的做法,但在某些結構中,柱腳采用的錨檢規格較大(如:M60,M72),其螺母厚度已達40~50毫米,再加上墊板的厚度,已超過50毫米的調整空間,因此當柱腳錨檢直徑較大時(直徑超過42毫米),柱腳底板下的二次澆灌層高度應保證有70~100毫米的範圍,在柱頂標高、鋼柱垂直度調整到位後,應及時將底板下的空間灌實。

lingwai,duiyuwaibaogangjintongdezhujiao,dangwaibaotongzhuneidezongjinjianjujiaoxiaoqiezongjinligangzhuwaibiaomianjiaojinshi,yingtebiezhuyitongzhuneidezongjinhegujinshifouhuiyingxiangmaoshuanluomudeguding,weibianyugudingluomu,tongzhuneizongjinjianjuyibanyingdayu150毫米以上,鋼柱外表麵與砼外表的距離也需大於300毫米以上,箍筋應在鋼柱校正好之後綁紮。

杯口基礎連接
鋼柱采用杯口基礎連接時,柱腳做法比較簡單,但安裝比較麻煩。當柱腳承擔的變矩較大而軸向力較小時(如排架結構中的鋼柱腳),ruocaiyongmaoshuanlianjie,maoshuanguigehuibijiaoda,qiezhujiaoyexucaiyongxueliangdexingshi,namezhujiaozuofajianghuishishifenmafan。zhezhongqingkuang,zuihaohaishicaiyongbeikoujichu,mianqumaishemaoshuanerdailaidemafan。dangcaiyongbeikoujichushi,beidiyouyigezhaopinghetiaozhengbiaogaodexishitongceng,dangzhudibanxiadetongcaiyongercijiaoguanshi,dibanxiadetonghennanzhendaoshi,yanzhongdekenengdibanxiashikongde,yincizaidibanshangbixumeibianliusheguanjiangkongheyijiangkong,huobushedibanzhijiekaogangzhuyutongjiandemocalaichengdanshuxiangli。
杯(bei)口(kou)基(ji)礎(chu)另(ling)外(wai)一(yi)個(ge)缺(que)點(dian)是(shi)杯(bei)口(kou)內(nei)易(yi)進(jin)水(shui)或(huo)土(tu),在(zai)基(ji)礎(chu)施(shi)工(gong)時(shi),必(bi)須(xu)做(zuo)好(hao)覆(fu)蓋(gai)措(cuo)施(shi)。否(fou)則(ze),清(qing)理(li)杯(bei)口(kou)內(nei)的(de)土(tu)和(he)水(shui)會(hui)是(shi)很(hen)麻(ma)煩(fan)的(de)事(shi)情(qing),特(te)別(bie)是(shi)工(gong)地(di)範(fan)圍(wei)內(nei)的(de)地(di)麵(mian)基(ji)礎(chu)采(cai)用(yong)換(huan)土(tu)方(fang)式(shi)時(shi),杯(bei)口(kou)的(de)保(bao)護(hu)顯(xian)得(de)尤(you)為(wei)重(zhong)要(yao)。在(zai)鋼(gang)柱(zhu)安(an)裝(zhuang)前(qian),對(dui)杯(bei)口(kou)內(nei)壁(bi)進(jin)行(xing)鑿(zao)毛(mao),以(yi)保(bao)證(zheng)在(zai)鋼(gang)柱(zhu)就(jiu)位(wei)後(hou)二(er)次(ci)澆(jiao)灌(guan)的(de)砼(tong)能(neng)結(jie)合(he)牢(lao)靠(kao),杯(bei)口(kou)基(ji)礎(chu)和(he)錨(mao)栓(shuan)連(lian)接(jie)的(de)方(fang)法(fa)各(ge)有(you)各(ge)的(de)優(you)點(dian),在(zai)設(she)計(ji)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),應(ying)結(jie)合(he)受(shou)力(li)情(qing)況(kuang),選(xuan)擇(ze)一(yi)種(zhong)符(fu)合(he)工(gong)程(cheng)需(xu)要(yao)和(he)方(fang)便(bian)施(shi)工(gong)的(de)做(zuo)法(fa)。
構造節點連接
鋼結構構件許多工作都是在加工廠完成,構件到現場後隻有拚裝,因為節點設計不合理導致構件無法安裝,這在現場也經常會碰到。
節點設計時,不僅要考慮節點受力合理,也要考慮節點是否便於構件安裝,當構件安裝困難時,仍需考慮設計變更。Hxinggangkuangjialiangxianglianjieshi,ruoliangdefubankaolvshenruzhuliangyiyuanjianshi,yinweiliangdechangdubigangzhuzhijiandejingjuhaida,namekuangjialiangjiumeifajiuwei。wumianlianghuogangzhujianzhichengxitongdelianjieyecunzaitongyangdewenti,dangxieganhechengganxiangjiaochudejiedianchulibudang,chengganjiumeifaanzhuang。
鋼砼結構中常用的十字柱也是一個非常典型的例子,當十字柱拚裝時留設的空間不足以使G型構件與Hxinggoujianxianglianjieshi,nameshizizhugenbenmeifapinzhuanghuowufajinxingmaihuzidonghanjie。youyugangjiegoudeteshuxing,zaishejiguochengzhongbixukaolvxianchangdekecaozuoxing,fouzegoujiandaolexianchanghaishiwufalianjie。tongshi,shejirenyuanyeyingduopaoshigongxianchang,zengjiayixieganxingrenshi。zaijinxingtuzhihuishenhejiagongtushejishi,shigongdanweibixujieheshigongtuzhi,jinzaoduijiedianzuofahegoujianwaixingzuohenhaodepanduan,bingtichuhelihuajianyi。jiedianshejishifouheli,duixianchangnengfoushunlianzhuangyouzhongyaodeyingxiang。
