1、卷材底漆
卷材底漆裏用得最多的品種是環氧底漆和聚酯底漆(聚酯-氨基底漆和聚酯-聚氨酯底漆),此外還有水溶性丙烯酸底漆,這些底漆的特色如下:
(1)環氧底漆:與底材的附著力良好,耐水、耐堿、耐化學腐蝕性能佳,但其柔韌性不及其它底漆。
(2)聚酯-氨基底漆:與底材的附著力好,柔韌性優,但對潮濕環境較敏感,耐化學腐蝕性不及環氧底漆。
(3)水溶性丙烯酸底漆:對底材的附著力良好,很好的柔韌性,含有機溶劑少,低溫固化,但不宜在潮濕環境下貯存,預處理要求高。
(4)聚氨酯(聚酯-聚氨酯)底漆:耐化學腐蝕性、耐摩擦性、耐久性和柔韌性均好。
環氧底漆所采用的環氧樹脂基於雙酚A型的E-06或E-03,當dang今jin的de卷juan材cai用yong環huan氧yang底di漆qi配pei方fang與yu早zao期qi的de配pei方fang主zhu要yao差cha別bie就jiu在zai於yu它ta的de二er氧yang化hua鈦tai含han量liang較jiao低di,並bing采cai用yong更geng安an全quan的de溶rong劑ji,而er其qi製zhi約yue因yin素su是shi價jia格ge。隨sui著zhe技ji術shu不bu斷duan進jin步bu,卷juan材cai流liu水shui線xian線xian速su度du增zeng加jia而er屯tun留liu時shi間jian(在烘房內的時間)就減少,因而在烘房裏的時間就決定於線速度。對某一已知線速度來說,隻有2種可能的方法來增加熱輸入:第一種方法是增加烘房的溫度;第(di)二(er)種(zhong)方(fang)法(fa)是(shi)將(jiang)烘(hong)房(fang)放(fang)長(chang),這(zhe)樣(yang)就(jiu)增(zeng)加(jia)了(le)在(zai)烘(hong)房(fang)裏(li)的(de)時(shi)間(jian)。然(ran)而(er),在(zai)大(da)多(duo)數(shu)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia)經(jing)濟(ji)上(shang)並(bing)不(bu)適(shi)用(yong),因(yin)此(ci)必(bi)須(xu)對(dui)底(di)漆(qi)的(de)反(fan)應(ying)速(su)率(lv)加(jia)以(yi)改(gai)進(jin),但(dan)對(dui)於(yu)卷(juan)材(cai)二(er)麵(mian)來(lai)說(shuo),麵(mian)漆(qi)塗(tu)布(bu)輥(gun)在(zai)底(di)漆(qi)到(dao)達(da)塗(tu)漆(qi)器(qi)不(bu)久(jiu)就(jiu)與(yu)此(ci)卷(juan)材(cai)相(xiang)接(jie)觸(chu),這(zhe)是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)很(hen)普(pu)遍(bian)的(de)實(shi)際(ji)操(cao)作(zuo),故(gu)而(er)所(suo)遭(zao)遇(yu)到(dao)的(de)一(yi)個(ge)問(wen)題(ti)就(jiu)是(shi)著(zhe)即(ji)退(tui)出(chu)烘(hong)房(fang)後(hou)時(shi)的(de)漆(qi)膜(mo)嫩(nen)度(du)。當(dang)底(di)漆(qi)經(jing)過(guo)隨(sui)後(hou)的(de)導(dao)輥(gun)和(he)貯(zhu)存(cun)器(qi)時(shi),固(gu)化(hua)不(bu)足(zu)的(de)塗(tu)層(ceng)就(jiu)會(hui)被(bei)扯(che)去(qu)並(bing)落(luo)在(zai)輥(gun)子(zi)上(shang),為(wei)了(le)克(ke)服(fu)這(zhe)一(yi)問(wen)題(ti),就(jiu)需(xu)要(yao)增(zeng)加(jia)脲(niao)醛(quan)樹(shu)脂(zhi)。此(ci)對(dui)其(qi)柔(rou)韌(ren)性(xing)的(de)降(jiang)低(di)並(bing)不(bu)顯(xian)著(zhu),而(er)用(yong)價(jia)格(ge)較(jiao)貴(gui)的(de)三(san)聚(ju)氰(qing)胺(an)-甲醛樹脂代替脲醛樹脂來與環氧結合不會有好處。

當環氧底漆與聚偏氟二烯麵漆一起使用時,必須對此麵漆配以顏料。要特別加以小心,因為氟聚合物如在基料裏含量為70%dehua,zejiuhuitouguoziwaixian。yincizhezhongtuliaobixuzaixipeiyiyanliaoyibianduzhuziwaixiandechuandi,fouzehuidaodadiqieryinqifenhua,zaochengsuihoudecengjianfuzheliwenti。xianyiweituzhuangjupianfuerximianqipeizhichengjiyuhuanyanghefenquanshuzhidezhuanyongdiqi,yibianweinai“酸雨”環境之需。
對於卷材除熱浸鍍鋅鋼板wai,haiyouyixietidaidicai,ruzaigangshangdexishengducengruxinyilvhejinzhilei,duiciyaoqiuzaidiqipeifanglizengjiagesuansideyongliangyibianweichilianghaodefangfushixing,youqizailuoludeqiegebiansizhoushang。
然(ran)而(er)鉻(ge)酸(suan)鍶(si)當(dang)今(jin)被(bei)認(ren)為(wei)對(dui)健(jian)康(kang)有(you)潛(qian)在(zai)的(de)危(wei)害(hai)性(xing)。盡(jin)管(guan)卷(juan)材(cai)塗(tu)料(liao)的(de)輥(gun)塗(tu)方(fang)法(fa)消(xiao)除(chu)了(le)噴(pen)塗(tu)漆(qi)霧(wu),但(dan)對(dui)必(bi)須(xu)進(jin)行(xing)加(jia)工(gong)含(han)該(gai)金(jin)屬(shu)的(de)塗(tu)料(liao)製(zhi)造(zao)依(yi)然(ran)有(you)潛(qian)在(zai)的(de)危(wei)害(hai),而(er)卷(juan)材(cai)塗(tu)裝(zhuang)底(di)材(cai)在(zai)其(qi)使(shi)用(yong)期(qi)滿(man)時(shi)的(de)處(chu)置(zhi)也(ye)是(shi)值(zhi)得(de)考(kao)慮(lv)的(de)問(wen)題(ti)。作(zuo)為(wei)鉻(ge)酸(suan)鹽(yan)的(de)替(ti)代(dai)物(wu),人(ren)們(men)做(zuo)了(le)大(da)量(liang)工(gong)作(zuo),從(cong)而(er)開(kai)發(fa)了(le)離(li)子(zi)交(jiao)換(huan)型(xing)二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)矽(gui),對(dui)此(ci)還(hai)需(xu)要(yao)現(xian)場(chang)試(shi)驗(yan)以(yi)驗(yan)證(zheng)其(qi)實(shi)際(ji)效(xiao)果(guo)。一(yi)種(zhong)溶(rong)膠(jiao)一(yi)凝(ning)膠(jiao)塗(tu)料(liao)也(ye)已(yi)進(jin)入(ru)了(le)人(ren)們(men)的(de)視(shi)線(xian)。這(zhe)種(zhong)20世紀70年(nian)代(dai)開(kai)發(fa)的(de)產(chan)品(pin)現(xian)已(yi)在(zai)包(bao)括(kuo)航(hang)空(kong)塗(tu)料(liao)底(di)漆(qi)在(zai)內(nei)的(de)許(xu)多(duo)領(ling)域(yu)裏(li)得(de)到(dao)應(ying)用(yong)。它(ta)在(zai)航(hang)空(kong)塗(tu)料(liao)底(di)漆(qi)裏(li)主(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)替(ti)代(dai)鉻(ge)酸(suan)鹽(yan)顏(yan)料(liao),這(zhe)項(xiang)技(ji)術(shu)也(ye)將(jiang)用(yong)於(yu)卷(juan)材(cai)塗(tu)料(liao)底(di)漆(qi)裏(li)。這(zhe)種(zhong)塗(tu)料(liao)與(yu)金(jin)屬(shu)等(deng)廣(guang)範(fan)圍(wei)的(de)底(di)材(cai)均(jun)有(you)很(hen)好(hao)的(de)附(fu)著(zhe)力(li),能(neng)形(xing)成(cheng)非(fei)常(chang)致(zhi)密(mi)而(er)牢(lao)固(gu)的(de)氣(qi)密(mi)性(xing)塗(tu)膜(mo),有(you)較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)顯(xian)微(wei)硬(ying)度(du)、耐衝擊性、柔韌性、耐腐蝕性和耐磨性等。它一般是由烷氧基有機矽或元素周期表中Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Vzuzhongdeyixieyuansudewanyangjihuahewuhuoqitafuzuyuansude。wujiyanlei,hancizuchengbufendechengmowuzhirongyuyixiezhifangzuchunleiderongjizhong,zaisuanleicuihuajizuoyongxiakeshuijiejuhechengtoumingjiaotifensanti,peiyitianliaohezhujinengguhuachengyanghuawutumo,bingkecaiyongbaokuoguntuzaineidegezhongfangfashigong。
再zai回hui到dao環huan氧yang樹shu脂zhi底di漆qi上shang,雖sui然ran它ta以yi耐nai腐fu蝕shi性xing和he附fu著zhe力li見jian勝sheng,但dan柔rou韌ren性xing不bu足zu,在zai卷juan材cai塗tu料liao中zhong常chang用yong拚pin混hun的de方fang式shi來lai改gai善shan,由you於yu聚ju酯zhi底di漆qi和he聚ju氨an酯zhi底di漆qi以yi柔rou韌ren性xing見jian長chang,所suo以yi改gai性xing物wu多duo采cai用yong此ci。
當然這並不是說除環氧底漆外其它的底漆都不應加以考慮,例如由於用途的關係像家用電器和彩鋼板對柔韌性要求很高,則采用聚酯底漆之類的可能性就比較大。
現在有一個動向並已付諸實施,即在全世界許多卷材塗裝流水線上在使用所謂“通用型底漆”。tajingjiyouxiao,duidicaiyouyouliangdefuzheli,qieduigezhongbutongleixingdetucengyoulianghaodecengjianfuzheli,bingnengshiyingjiagongchengxingdeyaoqiu,erzhezhongdiqishishuyujuanzhiyileide。
2、卷材麵漆
在(zai)卷(juan)材(cai)塗(tu)料(liao)用(yong)麵(mian)漆(qi)中(zhong),聚(ju)酯(zhi)樹(shu)脂(zhi)塗(tu)料(liao)是(shi)用(yong)量(liang)最(zui)大(da)的(de)品(pin)種(zhong),其(qi)一(yi)般(ban)所(suo)用(yong)固(gu)化(hua)劑(ji)為(wei)三(san)聚(ju)氰(qing)胺(an)樹(shu)脂(zhi)。近(jin)年(nian)來(lai),人(ren)們(men)利(li)用(yong)這(zhe)類(lei)樹(shu)脂(zhi)在(zai)漆(qi)膜(mo)中(zhong)的(de)不(bu)均(jun)一(yi)性(xing)技(ji)術(shu)以(yi)提(ti)高(gao)其(qi)性(xing)能(neng)。如(ru)對(dui)低(di)羥(qiang)基(ji)的(de)聚(ju)酯(zhi)樹(shu)脂(zhi),采(cai)用(yong)甲(jia)醚(mi)化(hua)程(cheng)度(du)高(gao)的(de)低(di)相(xiang)對(dui)分(fen)子(zi)質(zhi)量(liang)甲(jia)醚(mi)化(hua)三(san)聚(ju)氰(qing)胺(an)樹(shu)脂(zhi),通(tong)過(guo)胺(an)揮(hui)發(fa)並(bing)由(you)酸(suan)觸(chu)媒(mei)中(zhong)和(he)經(jing)烘(hong)烤(kao)成(cheng)塗(tu)層(ceng)。在(zai)烘(hong)烤(kao)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),三(san)聚(ju)氰(qing)胺(an)樹(shu)脂(zhi)在(zai)塗(tu)膜(mo)表(biao)麵(mian)附(fu)近(jin)產(chan)生(sheng)選(xuan)擇(ze)性(xing)自(zi)縮(suo)合(he)反(fan)應(ying),結(jie)果(guo)在(zai)烘(hong)烤(kao)後(hou)塗(tu)膜(mo)中(zhong)三(san)聚(ju)氰(qing)胺(an)樹(shu)脂(zhi)的(de)濃(nong)度(du)從(cong)內(nei)部(bu)向(xiang)表(biao)麵(mian)急(ji)劇(ju)升(sheng)高(gao),導(dao)致(zhi)塗(tu)層(ceng)中(zhong)甲(jia)醚(mi)化(hua)三(san)聚(ju)氰(qing)胺(an)樹(shu)脂(zhi)由(you)表(biao)及(ji)裏(li)的(de)濃(nong)度(du)分(fen)布(bu)差(cha),即(ji)在(zai)塗(tu)層(ceng)表(biao)麵(mian)濃(nong)度(du)高(gao),而(er)內(nei)部(bu)低(di),造(zao)成(cheng)塗(tu)層(ceng)表(biao)麵(mian)硬(ying)度(du)或(huo)耐(nai)汙(wu)染(ran)性(xing)高(gao),內(nei)部(bu)加(jia)工(gong)性(xing)優(you)良(liang),由(you)此(ci)製(zhi)成(cheng)的(de)卷(juan)鋼板可廣泛用於冰箱、洗衣機、kongtiaozhuangzhishiwaijizuodengfangmian。duijuzhishuzhiyudingmihuasanjuqinganshuzhihunhetixilaishuo,zehuiyinbiaomiannengdidedingmihuasanjuqinganshuzhizaitucengbiaomianshangxingchenggaonongduqu,zaochengnaiwuranxingtigaoerzhanjiexingjiangdi。ruguojiangfenzineiyougangxingchengfenherouxingchengfenbingcundeteshushuzhiyujuzhishuzhihunhedehuazetongshinengtigaoshenchanglvhekangzhangqiangdu,youcikekaifachutucengjiagongxinghaoheyingdugaodejuancaituliao。qimodexingtaixuekongzhijishu,rukongzhiqimobiaomiandexingzhuangkehuodeguangzedideyaguangwaiguan。zuoweijuyoutuanhuawengandejishu,wangwangzaitumozhongtianjiashuzhiqiuhuowujibanheliao,congershiqimoxingchengwulixingaotujiegou。danzaituliaozhongtianjiayingzhicailiaohuishiqijiagongxingjiangdi,qibiaomianxixiaodeaotuxingzhuangyizanggounawu,jiangdilenaiwuranxing。weici,zaitucengbiaomianshangjinxingguofenjiaolianerzaochengqimoshousuo,zaibujiangdijiagongxinghuonaiwuranxingdeqiantixiachanshengyaguangganhuoruanchuganguan,buyongbanheliaoyangdezhujikeshiqimoxingchengaotuerbuhuijiangdijiagongxing。zuijinkaifachenggongdetuliaozaihongkaoguochengzhongtongguokongzhituliaodeliudongkexingchengmm等級的凹凸形狀。如在底漆塗料烘烤時配以熔融的拌合料,則在底漆塗層裏由於大多數樹脂的表麵自由能差而產生mm等(deng)級(ji)的(de)凹(ao)凸(tu),在(zai)其(qi)上(shang)塗(tu)裝(zhuang)麵(mian)漆(qi)時(shi)就(jiu)能(neng)獲(huo)得(de)桔(ju)皮(pi)狀(zhuang)外(wai)觀(guan),其(qi)凹(ao)凸(tu)的(de)高(gao)度(du)和(he)峰(feng)可(ke)自(zi)由(you)控(kong)製(zhi),可(ke)模(mo)擬(ni)與(yu)粉(fen)末(mo)塗(tu)裝(zhuang)或(huo)電(dian)泳(yong)塗(tu)裝(zhuang)同(tong)樣(yang)的(de)外(wai)觀(guan)。還(hai)有(you)在(zai)麵(mian)漆(qi)塗(tu)料(liao)烘(hong)烤(kao)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)配(pei)以(yi)熔(rong)融(rong)的(de)特(te)殊(shu)結(jie)晶(jing)性(xing)樹(shu)脂(zhi)球(qiu),由(you)於(yu)表(biao)麵(mian)張(zhang)力(li)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)就(jiu)會(hui)形(xing)成(cheng)凹(ao)凸(tu),這(zhe)樣(yang)樹(shu)脂(zhi)球(qiu)直(zhi)接(jie)塗(tu)布(bu)後(hou)由(you)於(yu)其(qi)低(di)表(biao)麵(mian)張(zhang)力(li)就(jiu)浮(fu)在(zai)塗(tu)層(ceng)表(biao)麵(mian),在(zai)此(ci)球(qiu)的(de)周(zhou)圍(wei)就(jiu)形(xing)成(cheng)隆(long)起(qi)0.1mm等級的凸部,在烘烤過程中球熔融而失去結晶性,由於表麵張力上升而沉於塗層中,同時0.1mm等級的凸部融合成mm等級的凹凸。采用此技術製作成的鋼板可廣泛用於冰箱、洗衣機、空調裝置的室外機座等方麵,用該技術所製成的塗層顏色或凹凸程度、峰的變化及其外觀變化能有千變萬化無數種。
對聚酯樹脂本身也有更新的技術,一般采用不同Tg的(de)混(hun)合(he)類(lei)型(xing),還(hai)有(you)對(dui)聚(ju)酯(zhi)樹(shu)脂(zhi)的(de)組(zu)成(cheng)選(xuan)擇(ze)耐(nai)候(hou)性(xing)的(de)組(zu)分(fen),更(geng)使(shi)人(ren)叫(jiao)絕(jue)的(de)是(shi)在(zai)聚(ju)酯(zhi)樹(shu)脂(zhi)中(zhong)導(dao)入(ru)位(wei)阻(zu)胺(an)光(guang)穩(wen)定(ding)劑(ji),以(yi)此(ci)來(lai)提(ti)高(gao)塗(tu)層(ceng)的(de)耐(nai)候(hou)性(xing),有(you)此(ci)種(zhong)結(jie)構(gou)的(de)聚(ju)酯(zhi)樹(shu)脂(zhi)再(zai)配(pei)以(yi)紫(zi)外(wai)線(xian)吸(xi)收(shou)劑(ji)以(yi)及(ji)相(xiang)適(shi)應(ying)的(de)交(jiao)聯(lian)劑(ji),製(zhi)成(cheng)的(de)塗(tu)層(ceng)耐(nai)候(hou)性(xing)十(shi)分(fen)接(jie)近(jin)於(yu)氟(fu)樹(shu)脂(zhi)塗(tu)料(liao),更(geng)在(zai)有(you)機(ji)矽(gui)改(gai)性(xing)聚(ju)酯(zhi)之(zhi)上(shang),這(zhe)種(zhong)塗(tu)料(liao)可(ke)用(yong)於(yu)戶(hu)外(wai)用(yong)建(jian)材(cai)方(fang)麵(mian)。

聚酯麵漆以外,卷材塗料麵漆係統用得最多的是PVC塑溶膠,聚偏氟乙烯居次,而聚氨酯/聚酯係統卻在與年俱增,是這些係統裏增長最快的品種,這是基於:
(1)當聚氨酯/聚酯係統與顆粒狀聚酰胺相結合時可產生有立體花紋的、高度耐磨性塗層(其單道塗層和2道塗層係統具有20~25μm厚度)。
(2)作為厚塗層或多道塗層係統時可產生堅韌和柔性係統,可代替PVC和聚偏氟乙烯多道係統(50~100μm總厚度)。
(3)係包覆金屬和屋麵用卷材的高耐久性麵漆(一般厚度為20~30μm)。
(4)鑒於其堅韌、耐磨,在20μm厚度時可替代淺色聚偏氟乙烯。
(5)在家用電器產品中能提供可加工性、硬度和水解穩定性之間的優異平衡。
(6)在用於汽車領域時,其優點是深衝適應性和高膜厚。
(7)對於商用車輛、旅行拖車用包覆金屬和家電來說,其優異的印刷適應性和吸墨性有助於作標誌漆。
然ran而er,封feng閉bi型xing聚ju氨an酯zhi係xi卷juan材cai塗tu料liao也ye存cun在zai著zhe若ruo幹gan不bu足zu。當dang流liu水shui線xian烘hong烤kao過guo程cheng中zhong在zai達da到dao脫tuo封feng溫wen度du時shi,裂lie解jie的de封feng閉bi劑ji揮hui發fa並bing冷leng凝ning就jiu會hui留liu在zai流liu水shui線xian上shang。由you於yu流liu水shui線xian速su度du快kuai,無wu法fa清qing理li,日ri積ji月yue久jiu,沾zhan汙wu在zai流liu水shui線xian上shang的de封feng閉bi劑ji之zhi類lei物wu質zhi就jiu會hui跌die落luo在zai塗tu裝zhuang線xian上shang而er造zao成cheng產chan品pin質zhi量liang和he外wai觀guan受shou損sun,對dui此ci現xian在zai還hai沒mei有you拿na出chu好hao的de解jie決jue辦ban法fa。聚ju氨an酯zhi塗tu料liao還hai有you一yi個ge問wen題ti是shi,如ru果guo在zai烘hong房fang裏li溫wen度du沒mei有you加jia以yi嚴yan格ge控kong製zhi,就jiu會hui在zai過guo度du的de烘hong烤kao溫wen度du下xia相xiang當dang迅xun速su地di變bian色se(甚至出黑煙)並分解。
用於聚氨酯麵漆的多異氰酸酯類型有H12MDI預聚體、IPDI異氰脲酸酯、HDI縮二脲和HDI異氰脲酸酯等。而所使用的封閉劑有ε-己內酰胺、丁酮肟、二甲基吡唑、丙二酸二乙酯等。多異氰酸酯的反應對象中,二元或多元醇類用得最多,這包括飽和聚酯、丙烯酸類、酚醛類類型,這樣的多元醇類結構對確定最終塗料的特性起著重要作用。其線型低Tg係統呈現出高柔韌性,但耐久性和耐化學品性不良;高Tgduoyuanchunlei,qihanyoujiaoduofangxiangzueryuansuan,qiedaizhilianjiegou,zeyouzhuyutigaoyingduhejianrenxing,jinguanrourenxingbuzu,dangengnaijiu。qiangjiguannengtuanduiqimoxingnengyeyouyingxiang:低羥值附著力好,高羥值則有較好的耐沾汙性。而用脂環族類及氫化二元酸之類可提高耐久性。多元醇與多異氰酸酯的比例在l:1左右,在此比例以上或以下均對漆膜性能不利。
熱塑性聚酰胺與聚氨酯拚用有助於提高塗層的柔韌性和耐磨性。
